• Our Team. Anybody who has been in the industry for any length of time will tell you that there is an 80/20 Rule - 80% of the volume will come from 20% of your team. Our experience indicates that a 90/10 Rule is more accurate. Either way, you need to be very selective about who you invest your time in, since there are quite a few people who “talk a good game.” We recommend using an Interview Process, with homework assignments, to separate the “talkers” from the “doers.”
