Return & Reprint
We offer a return guarantee. If you feel that the canvas you received have any issues. It covers any manufacturer’s defects such as loose or wavy canvas, bubbles, dirty spots, scratches, color fading or color distortion. In addition, we will also cover any warping of the stretcher bars. If this occurs we will either replace your canvas print or fix it at our cost. But please remember, it only effects within 14 days from the day you received the canvas.
If you require a reprint, the process can be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem. Please fill in the form below and include as much information as possible. We may required you to send back the Canvas for us to investigation. Note: JuzPrint do no bear the shipping cost.
In certain circumstance, JuzPrint will not accept to Reprint/ Refund the Canvas due to:-
1. the colour of original photos/images you send to us was distorted/ faded. (In fact, our designer will do the best photo colour adjustment before printing, we will sending you a final canvas proof email for your approval)
2. the digital photo proof was approved via emails, conversation at Zopim Messenger or on the Phone, & JuzPrint e-Commerce Store.
